XXI MADRID AWARDS

For yet another year, SOMOS Experiences organised the Madrid Awards, which recognise the work of public figures, organisations, and institutions in the Community of Madrid.
The capital's energy resonated in the awards.
In the heart of Madrid and in one of the city’s most prestigious hotels, The Westin Palace, we organised the XXI edition of the Madridiario's Madrid Awards.
The agency wanted to convey a modern, carefree, and rejuvenated image, which projected the idea of a constantly evolving Madrid with “powerful energy”. Based on this and the slogan “The energy of Madrid”, we created an ad hoc graphic identity to transmit the concept.
Using bright colours that conveyed Madrid's urban style, we displayed two graphics that gave off the city's energy. An energy that vibrates, an energy that evolves with the times, just as the people who live there.
To capture all that energy and transmit it to the guests, we hosted Jorge Blass, who participated in the awards ceremony and enriched the gala with his magic and dynamism. We also had a performance by Spanish pop-rock group founded in Madrid, Los Secretos, who received the 'Lifetime’ Award.
The event was well received. There were over 300 attendees, among which were several public figures from Madrid politics, culture, and society.
