iad España put itself in the capable hands of SOMOS Experiences to organise its training and leadership event aimed at advisers in its network of independent real estate agents and celebrate its 5th anniversary, fuelled by the claim “Reach the Impossible”
Inspired by Madrid, skyscrapers and success
The Spanish branch of iad Group was looking to celebrate a training event to provide iad real estate advisers with the keys to the development of their business and to growing as leaders, in addition to offering the latest updates and training to help them achieve their respective goals and the growth of their organisations
The proposal of SOMOS Experiences was to represent one of the most important cities for the future of iad España, Madrid, based on the claim “Reach the Impossible”. To do so, we played with the concept of skyscrapers and the feeling of magnitude, success and growth they represent, transforming the dome of the Mutua Madrileña Auditorium into a simulation of a skyscraper.
We came up with a staging concept with different elements to “corporatise” the space of the hall, where breakfast and lunch is served, and designed an app so that attendees could interact with live voting during the presentations in order to get them more involved.
In addition, the event also coincided with the company’s 5th anniversary, for which we organised a celebration at the restaurant Luzi Bombón. We decked out the space in the corporate colours, included a photo totem pole with a magnetised frame featuring the 5th anniversary logo and designed temporary tattoos with the visual identity of the client, among other activations in line with the company’s values and image.
