THE GUGGENHEIM'S TRANSFORMATION FOR GESTAMP'S 25th ANNIVERSARY

The Spanish multinational car components designer and manufacturer, Gestamp, trusted SOMOS Experiences to put on a celebration for one of the company's most important moments of the year: its 25th anniversary and the annual international Leadership Meeting 2022. Two different gatherings had to take place in two different settings in Bilbao. 

What better reason to celebrate than turning a quarter-century old? This milestone reaffirms the company's path and strength. In an iconic location sure to impress attendees, Gestamp wanted to take advantage of its 2022 annual executive meeting and make it a reason to celebrate. 

Let's celebrate at the Guggenheim Museum?

The day started off with the Leadership Meeting 2022 in the Guggenheim's auditorium which hosted executives from all over. The stage was set with a large LED screen. Afterwards, the meeting continued at the Iberdrola Tower. 

The “WOW” factor came after the museum closed and was transformed into a space to celebrate the company's 25th-anniversary gala dinner. A pleasant event based on the company's values and career path. The museum's fireplaces served as canvasses for vertical projections that took a look back at Gestamp's career and development, while award-winning Fernando Velázquez set the scene with his compositions and 22-person orchestra.

SOMOS BILBAO'S Greatest Challenge 

There is nothing SOMOS Experiences can't overcome. Not even taking unconventional spaces and turning them into places to celebrate internal and public events. So, of course, SOMOS Madrid and Bilbao jumped at the chance to assemble a technically challenging gala dinner in just an hour and a half, the allotted time after the museum closed to the public.

More than 300 people were able to enjoy the day. The result was excellent and the event had a very positive impact on the attendees, and at the regional level.
