Sopra Steria, one of France's leading digital services and digital transformation consultancy companies, was looking to position its new consultancy brand in the premium segment of digital transformation. In order to achieve this they needed a communications agency to help them develop a comprehensive communications strategy.
After carrying out an exhaustive analysis of Sopra Steria's situation and the market, the SOMOS Communication team set to work to devise a communication plan that would meet all the company's needs.
After several weeks of work and research, we presented a Communication Plan that aimed to create a relevant brand, capable of making a significant contribution to improving people's quality of life both rationally and emotionally. A plan that has made us Sopra Steria's communication agency.
Our main mission involves the conception and execution of comprehensive strategies in Social and Paid Media, as well as PR & Press Office management.First of all, we designed a highly effective landing page to attract interested leads and build a solid brand image. From there - and to this day - we have been managing their social networks and taking care of the execution of advertising campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility. We also prepare monthly reports and analytics to measure the performance of the strategies implemented.
On the other hand, in terms of PR&Press Office actions, we are responsible for creating and developing press releases that highlight the achievements and different actions undertaken by Sopra Steria, as well as the management of opinion forums and interviews in print, digital and audiovisual media.
In addition, we define the messages to be communicated and establish a media map to find out which media are most relevant to reach the desired audience. We also disseminate and monitor press releases, ensuring Sopra Steria's maximum visibility in the media. Finally, we analyse and monitor the results of media coverage.
To date, the joint efforts of Sopra Steria and SOMOS Experiences have been successful. On the Social and Paid Media side, we can say that we have achieved a 20% increase in Brand Awareness, which translates into greater brand recognition and a prominent presence on social networks.
In the area of PR & Press Office, Sopra Steria has obtained an average of approximately 80 appearances per month in general and specialised media, including prominent names such as Europa Press and Expansión.
But that's not all, we are looking forward to continuing to work with Sopra Steria to achieve many more objectives... We have a long road ahead!
