TIP (Telecom Infra Project), the global community dedicated to promoting the development and implementation of technological solutions, has once again entrusted SOMOS Experiences with the organisation of a new edition of the Fyuz Summit, the congress specialising in technology, connectivity and telecommunications.

After a successful first edition, TIP has consolidated its presence in the industry, becoming a must-attend event for professionals in the sector. As a result, this year the event has attracted almost 1,000 participants, including more than 540 attendees, almost 400 exhibitors and more than 70 media.

SOMOS Experiences played a key role in this achievement by transforming the IFEMA Municipal Palace into a stage where creativity and innovation were the protagonists, adopting a unique approach that combined the corporate structure of a congress with a more experiential staging.

The congress where everything happens simultaneously

Under the slogan "Growing the future of connectivity", the SOMOS Experiences team came up with a unique proposal that was developed in different locations of the congress. On the one hand, they turned a plenary session into a greenhouse of ideas, where a number of different speakers talked about technological and sector innovations. There were also spaces dedicated to "Breakout Sessions", where more specific presentations were given.

On the other hand, a "Community Garden" was created for sponsors, with personalised booths for each one of them. In addition, areas such as the food court were implemented, where breakfasts and after-work sessions with DJs were offered to encourage networking among the guests.

SOMOS unites efforts and expertise to offer a 360º event

All SOMOS divisions were involved in this project, with more than 80 people working during the three days of the event and an intensive planning of 200 days beforehand. Among them, the SOMOS Communication division played a crucial role in developing the website, managing ticket sales and the streaming connection. 

On the other hand, they were also in charge of creating a Mobile App with content mirroring the website and Networking functionalities, managing the sending of push notifications to attendees during the event, as well as the administration of two Check-In Apps: one for access control to the venue and another for each of the stands.
