The American cosmetics brand opted for an immersive experience in Madrid so that the public could discover its star products in an original, educational, and fun way.

An escape room designed to the millimetre.

 

Across different rooms, a space was designed and built down to the last detail. Participants advanced through these rooms in groups of 10. Throughout the route, enigmas and puzzles were used to help participants discover the brand's most successful products and its key messages.

In these spaces, enigmas and puzzles were solved thanks to the different messages communicated by the products and Kiehl's Skin Pros, who were the guides during the tour.

Both national and international visitors came to the escape room. The brand's most loyal customers, influencers, and press, in addition to enjoying the interactive experience, were treated to skin evaluations, facials, relaxation experiences, and a personalised gift. A chance to experience the brand with (almost) all the senses!
