In a single event that took place throughout Bilbao, Gestamp celebrated its 25th anniversary and its annual executive meeting, the Leadership Meeting 2022.
The transformation of the Guggenheim in an hour and a half.
The Spanish multinational car component designer and manufacturer, Gestamp, wanted to take advantage of its annual executive meeting to commemorate its 25th anniversary in style, in an iconic location sure to impress attendees: Bilbao.
The day started off with the annual executive meeting in the Guggenheim Museum's auditorium and was then followed up by a subsequent meeting in the Iberdrola Tower. The Guggenheim closed to the public and we transformed it in just an hour and a half for the 25th-anniversary celebration gala dinner, basing it on the values and trajectory of the company.
The museum's fireplaces served as canvasses for vertical projections that looked back at Gestamp's career and development, while award-winning Fernando Velázquez set the scene with his compositions and 22-person orchestra.
More than 300 people were able to enjoy the day. The result was excellent, and the event had a very positive impact on the attendees, and at the regional level.
