'CONÉCTATE 35' BY HISPASAT

Redeia's satellite communications operator, Hispasat, had the objective of disseminating the ÚNICO Demanda Rural Programme; a project that seeks to eliminate the digital divide in rural areas of Spain and highlight the importance of providing access to Internet and technology in these areas.

To achieve this, our proposal was to develop a transversal communication campaign, 'Conéctacte 35', with a clear message: "We connect what matters". Based on this concept, we carried out various promotional actions, in which real stories of the inhabitants of these areas were conveyed, in order to achieve a human connection with the audience.

These included the execution of a teaser campaign; the development of a local media campaign, consisting of a TV spot and radio spots broadcast in the four official languages; the design and development of different creatives for the graphic campaign; and the organisation of an institutional event that included the official presentation of the Programme at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.

Conéctate 35' has become the first project led by SOMOS Comunicación, focused exclusively on communication services and the production of television spots..

According to Sofía Calleja, Project Manager of SOMOS Experiences, "we are very satisfied with the results, as we were looking for a spot with a very cosy and rural aura, and we finally managed to tell stories with a real base, where the actors were inhabitants of a small town".
