SOMOS Experiences transformed a Mediaset set to hold a sales convention for BIMBO Spain.
Bimbo Spain wanted to hold a sales convention with several objectives: to communicate the previous year's results, celebrate team achievements, reinforce key messages, reflect on the sales strategy, show the new BIMBO Products in person, motivate the entire sales network and set new objectives for the current year.
SOMOS Experiences' proposal was to highlight the importance of innovation as a key differentiator. While last year we did an expedition to Aneto, a mountain that was a BIMBO target to test the strength, sacrifices, and values of the team to reach the summit, this year we proposed to engage the BIMBO sales team even more.
We conducted a cultural immersion experience in which we engaged a group of Maori in a traditional ceremonial performance known as the Haka, a gesture that symbolises commitment, discipline, humility, collaboration, and teamwork.
In addition, we transformed a Mediaset set to create its very own live communication channel: BIMBO VISIÓN. Inspired by the brand's first portable content projector, we decided to relaunch this visionary gadget in the form of an event to celebrate its convention this year, preparing a unique entertainment experience that linked the best products of the house with the best content.
We combined live elements with telematic broadcasts, allowing for live interactions. The event management, the setting and the dynamic, modern and innovative staging were also key elements.
We created varied visual content and scripts to bring each BIMBO product to life on its own channel, BIMBO VISIÓN. In addition, we used state-of-the-art audiovisual technical equipment and developed impeccable logistics to ensure the success of the event.
We turned the speakers into presenters, the results and objectives to be presented in popular TV programmes and much more in this fun convention guided by Luján Argüelles.
We managed to amaze, motivate and inform the BIMBO sales network, providing them with the necessary content to approach the year 2023 with strength. The impact was very positive, with 300 attendees between the face-to-face and telematic convention, with a dynamic programme that kept the audience engaged and actively participating.
