We’re kicking off 2025 by taking another step forward in our commitment to a better future. We’ve achieved B Corp certification! This recognition, awarded by B Lab, distinguishes companies that stand out for their transparency, corporate responsibility and their firm commitment to social and environmental issues. By joining this global community, we are part of more than 8,000 companies seeking to redefine success, not just by being the best in the world, but the best for the world.

To get here, we underwent a rigorous assessment process across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers. However, becoming a B Corp is not an end in itself, but a commitment to continuous improvement. Every three years, we must undergo a new assessment to demonstrate that we remain aligned with B Lab’s standards, which are constantly evolving with the collaboration of experts.

Sustainability is not just a trend for us; it is in our DNA. We incorporate it into all our projects and even into the evolution of our internal structure. That is why we have created a dedicated ESG department, committed to ensuring we remain aligned with our commitment.

As a team, we strive to find the perfect balance between objectives, deadlines and costs, always mindful that, as a company, we are agents of change. Our responsibility is not only to deliver projects, but to do so in a way that ensures every decision serves a purpose that benefits everyone.

Concrete actions that make a difference

Among our most notable initiatives is the SOMOS Forest, a project in collaboration with CO2 Gestión. This one-hectare natural area in the Sierra Norte of the Community of Madrid not only complies with environmental regulations, but also contributes to environmental conservation and offers an innovative solution to reduce the carbon footprint in our sector.

Furthermore, we have implemented specific measures to assess our impact on each project, such as waste management, carbon footprint reduction and efficient energy consumption. And, in a gesture of solidarity, last year we rallied round to support the victims of the DANA storm in Valencia, turning our offices into collection points to facilitate aid for those affected, thereby reaffirming our commitment to the communities.
